My work with individuals is grounded in the belief we all have the knowledge and wisdom within ourselves to help guide us through life's journey. At times, we may use distraction or avoidance by keeping busy as a way to cope with life's challenges. In my experience this approach is helpful in the short-term but not in the long-term. Overtime, the inability to deal with stressors can lead to unhealthy lifestyle choices and not feeling good about ourselves. My hope is to share tools and resources clients can use to overcome the struggles they face in a safe supportive environment.
