In this program you will learn to identify when your anxiety levels start to increase and how to use different strategies to regulate your anxiety and regain a sense of control over your life.
Living with chronic painLiving with chronic pain is not easy and not always understood by others. Changes in lifestyle caused by chronic pain are difficult to accept. The loss of the life you once had can be the source of frustration and an overall sense of dissatisfaction. In this program you will learn how to use different relaxation exercises to help manage your pain and regain a sense of control over your life.

Living with lossHave you recently lost a loved one or experienced any other significant loss such as a career, relationship, sense of identity or level of independence due to a medical condition or injury? Do you keep waiting to feel better and go back to how you were in the past? Coming to terms and accepting loss is not always an easy process and everyone experiences grief and loss in different ways. In this program you will work towards the acceptance of your loss and move towards healing.
